The beautiful thing about watercolour is that it’s a very technical medium, and therefore very teachable. Anyone can learn it and you don’t need drawing skills! If you have any questions, send me an email using the booking button below.

FAQs:

I can’t make all the sessions, can I book individual sessions?

No, sorry! Booking is for the whole term.

I’m a beginner. Will this class be suitable for me?

The Friday class is not my “Watercolour for Beginners” course, and is more suited to those who have a bit of experience with watercolour. However, if you’re someone who is willing to jump in and “have a go”, then you would be most welcome. Whatever stage you are at, I will provide individualised advice during the class to help you achieve the techniques we are focusing on.

If you are a beginner, booking is now open for my Watercolour for Beginners course which starts on 10 November 2025 for 4 weeks.

If you can’t wait, you could also book a one-to-one lesson with me, to cover the basics of brush technique and paint-to-water ratio. This would give you more confidence to join the Watercolour Skills and Practise group. One-to-one lessons are £65 per hour and require two hours. You could also book a shared or triple lesson - scroll down for more info.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in two instalments.
